Candlelight shaped like the forest floor

These candles are moulded in the shape of pinecones and finished in earthy or frosted tones, with a gentle LED flicker inside that looks like a real flame. They bring a seasonal, woodland feel to a mantel, windowsill or festive table.

With no open flame, they are safe to leave glowing. The remote turns them on and off and sets a timer so they come on at the same time each evening. Choose Golden Brown, White Brown, Silver White or Pure White, in packs of 2, 4 or 8.

I received a damaged or defective product. What should I do?

Should an item reach you damaged, faulty, or not working as it should, get in touch with support within 24 hours of delivery.
So that we can assess the case quickly, please provide clear photos of:
the product
the packaging
the shipping label (if available)
After reviewing them, our team will choose the most suitable solution, either a replacement or a full refund. Where it is confirmed that the problem occurred during shipping or before delivery, Qorzi will pay any shipping costs for the return or replacement.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received and inspected your return, any approved refund is processed within 7 business days.
It may then take your bank or payment provider some extra time to show the funds in your account.
