Qorzi is an independent online store for lighting, rugs, and home furniture, based in Chicago, Illinois. We keep a deliberately compact catalogue and ship it to customers in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.

Why We Started
Furnishing a home online often comes down to guesswork. Listings give a vague size, say little about materials, and show a product in a staged photo that tells you nothing about how bright a lamp really is or whether a rug will lie flat on a wooden floor. Delivery charges then appear at the last step, and returns can turn into a long exchange of emails. We set up Qorzi to do the opposite: put the details that matter on the product page, include shipping in the price, and keep returns simple when something does not work in your room.

What We Sell
Our range covers three areas. Lighting is the largest: accent lamps such as crystal and mineral lamps, an aurora projection lamp, garden orb lights, solar stair lights, motion-sensor stick lights, and a flameless lamp in the style of an oil lamp; snowflake and sun-shaped LED table lamps; a stained-glass butterfly pendant and a vintage iron chandelier; a wall lamp and a pixel lantern; flameless pinecone candles and a flower candle holder; and solar fairy string lights along with colour LED strips. Rugs include round and rectangular non-slip area rugs, from textured Scandinavian designs to printed vintage patterns, plus a rug made for children's rooms. Furniture takes in sideboards and movable drawer storage cabinets, rotating 5-tier bookshelves fitted with full-length mirrors, round stone and marble coffee tables, and low stools, one of which doubles as a cat scratcher and one sized for kids. We add products gradually, and each one goes through the checks described below before it is listed.

How We Select and Check Products
We start by looking closely at the supplier, including how consistently they manufacture, how well they pack, and how they deal with problems. Suppliers that pass get a sample order from us. With the sample in hand, we take our own measurements, compare them against the published specifications, and confirm the materials are as described. Anything with a plug, battery, or solar panel is tested in every mode, and rugs are checked for backing grip and edge finish. The product page is then written from those notes rather than copied from a supplier description. If an item later proves unreliable in customers' homes, we remove it from sale.

Our Commitments to You
1. Accurate listings. Every product page lists dimensions, materials, the power source where relevant, and exactly what comes in the package.
2. Free tracked shipping. Delivery is free to all five countries we ship to. We dispatch within 1–3 business days, transit usually takes 7–13 business days (8–16 business days in total), and your tracking number is emailed to you once the parcel ships.
3. 30-day returns. Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, with no restocking fee. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
4. Secure payment. All payments are handled by established providers over encrypted connections, and your card details are never visible to us or stored by us.
5. Responsive support. Our own team answers every email within 24 business hours, Monday to Friday.
