Thank you for visiting Qorzi! Throughout this document, the words "we", "us", and "our" refer to Qorzi. We operate this store and website, including the information, content, features, tools, products, and services connected with them, to give you, the customer, a curated range of products to purchase (the "Services"). Our store is powered by Shopify, the platform through which we make the Services available to you.
Your rights and obligations when using the Services are governed by the terms and conditions below and by the additional policies referred to in them (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms").
We ask that you read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights, among it disclaimers of warranties and limits on our liability.
By visiting, interacting with, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. You are not permitted to access or use the Services if you do not agree to these Terms of Service or the Privacy Policy.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
In agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you have reached at least the age of majority in the state or province where you live, and that you have consented to any minor dependents of yours using the Services on devices that you own, buy, or manage.
Using the Services, including browsing our online stores or buying any product or service we sell, may require you to give us certain information, for example your email address and your billing, payment, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that every piece of information you give us in our stores is true, up to date, and complete, and that you are fully entitled to provide it.
Keeping your account credentials secure is solely your responsibility, as is everything done through your account. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or license your account to anyone else; it belongs to you alone.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
We have tried hard to show and describe the products and services in our online stores as accurately as we reasonably can. Nevertheless, the colours and general look of a product can vary on screen depending on your device and on how it has been set up and configured.
We give no warranty that any product or service you buy will match your expectations in appearance or quality, or that it will look exactly as displayed or rendered in our online stores.
Product descriptions may be changed at any time, at our sole discretion, without notice. We also reserve the right to discontinue any product whenever we choose, and to restrict the quantities of a product offered to any individual, geographic region, or jurisdiction, deciding case by case.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy. Qorzi may, at its discretion, accept or reject that order for any reason, and no order is accepted until Qorzi has confirmed acceptance. We accept orders only after payment has been received and processed. Check your order carefully before you submit it, because Qorzi may be unable to act on a cancellation request once the order has been accepted. Should we refuse, change, or cancel an order, we will make reasonable attempts to let you know using the email address, billing address, and/or phone number given at the time of ordering.
Returns and exchanges are accepted only in line with our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use, and not for resale or export for commercial purposes.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change at any time and without notice. The price you pay is the one in effect when you placed your order, as shown in your order confirmation email. Except where we clearly say otherwise, the prices displayed exclude taxes, shipping, handling, customs, and import charges.
Our online store prices may not be the same as the prices charged in physical stores or in online or other stores run by third parties. Promotions may run on the Services from time to time and can affect pricing; each is subject to its own terms and conditions, separate from these Terms. Where the terms of a promotion conflict with these Terms, the promotion's terms take precedence.
You agree to give us current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information for every purchase made in our stores. You also agree to update your account and other details promptly, including your email address, credit card numbers, and card expiry dates, so that we can process your transactions and get in touch with you when necessary.
You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card details you give us are true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are properly authorised to use that card for the purchase, (iii) your card issuer will honour the charges you incur, and (iv) you will pay the charges you incur at the prices posted, including shipping and handling and all applicable taxes.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delays in shipping or delivery are not our responsibility. Delivery times we provide are only estimates and carry no guarantee. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or other events beyond our control. Once the products are handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The content that makes up our Services, including but not limited to trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video, and audio, as well as its design, selection, and arrangement, is owned by Qorzi, its affiliates, or its licensors, and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
These Terms allow you to use the Services only for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Without our prior written consent, you must not reproduce, distribute, modify, make derivative works of, publicly display or perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Services. Apart from what is expressly stated here, nothing in these Terms grants you, or is to be read as granting you, any licence or other right under any copyright, patent, trademark, or other intellectual property of Qorzi, Shopify, or a third party. Using the Services without authorisation may breach federal and state intellectual property laws. Qorzi reserves every right that these Terms do not expressly grant.
The Qorzi names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Qorzi or of its affiliates or licensors, and you may not use them unless Qorzi has given prior written permission. Shopify's name, logo, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks owned by Shopify. Every other name, logo, product and service name, design, and slogan shown on the Services is the property of its respective owner.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
Through the Services you may be given access to customer tools provided by third parties, which we neither monitor nor control and over which we have no input.
You acknowledge and agree that any access we give to these tools is on an "as is" and "as available" basis, with no warranties, representations, conditions, or endorsement of any kind. We accept no liability of any sort arising from or connected with your use of optional third-party tools.
You use any optional tools made available through the site entirely at your own risk and discretion, and you should make sure you know and are comfortable with the terms under which the relevant third-party provider(s) offer them.
We may add new features to the Services in the future (such as new tools and resources). These new features will also form part of the Services and will be governed by these Terms of Service.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
We use Shopify as the platform that enables us to offer the Services to you. Even so, any sale or purchase in our Store takes place directly between you and Qorzi. In using the Services, you acknowledge and accept that Shopify has no responsibility for any part of a sale between you and Qorzi, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from products and services you buy. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from every claim, damage, and liability arising from or connected with your purchases and transactions with Qorzi.

SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY
Our Privacy Policy, available here, governs all personal information collected through the Services, and some personal information may also fall under Shopify's Privacy Policy, which you can read here. Your use of the Services confirms that you have read and acknowledged both of these privacy policies.
Shopify hosts the Services, and in that role it collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of them in order to provide and improve the Services for you. Anything you submit to the Services is sent to and shared with Shopify, and also with third parties that may be based outside your own country, so that we can provide services to you. SECTION 11 - FEEDBACK

We have the right, though no duty, to monitor, edit, or delete any Feedback we decide in our sole discretion is unlawful, offensive, threatening, libellous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes the intellectual property of any party or these Terms of Service.
You agree that your Feedback will not infringe any third party's rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality, or any other personal or proprietary right. You also agree that it will not include libellous or otherwise unlawful, abusive, or obscene material, nor any computer virus or other malware capable of affecting the operation of the Services or any related website in any way. You must not give a false email address, pose as someone other than yourself, or in any other way mislead us or third parties about where Feedback came from. From time to time, the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in relation to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times, or availability. We may correct such errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, change or update information, or cancel orders if any information turns out to be inaccurate, at any time and without notice in advance (this includes after an order has been submitted).

In addition, you agree that you will not: (a) upload or transmit viruses or any other kind of malicious code that is or could be used in any way to affect how the Services function or operate; (b) copy, duplicate, reproduce, extract, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any part of the Services; (c) gather or track the personal information of others; (d) use the Services to spam, phish, pharm, or pretext; (e) access the Services by means of any robot, spider, scraper, data mining or extraction tool, automated device or process, AI tool (agentic AI included), or other automated or manual method; or (f) interfere with, get around, or circumvent the security or authorisation features, robot exclusion headers, or any other measures we use to limit access to the Services. Should we find that you have breached any part of these Terms, we may suspend, disable, or close your account at any time and without giving notice.

SECTION 14 - TERMINATION
At our sole discretion, we may end this agreement or your access to all or part of the Services at any time without notice, and you will still owe all amounts outstanding up to and including the termination date.
After termination, the sections covering Intellectual Property, Feedback, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver; Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, and Privacy Policy remain in force, along with any other provision that should survive by its nature.

The information shown on or through the Services is provided purely for general information. We make no warranty that it is accurate, complete, or useful, and if you rely on it you do so entirely at your own risk. EXCEPT WHERE Qorzi EXPRESSLY STATES OTHERWISE, THE SERVICES AND EVERY PRODUCT OFFERED THROUGH THEM ARE MADE AVAILABLE FOR YOUR USE ON AN 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' BASIS, WITH NO REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF MERCHANTABILITY, MERCHANTABLE QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DURABILITY, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SECTION 16 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, NEITHER Qorzi NOR OUR PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, OR LICENSORS, NOR THOSE OF SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, WILL IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, OR CLAIM, OR FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, REPLACEMENT COSTS, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES), WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (NEGLIGENCE INCLUDED), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, THAT ARISE FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR OF ANY PRODUCT OBTAINED THROUGH THEM, OR FROM ANY OTHER CLAIM CONNECTED IN ANY WAY WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT AND LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND SUFFERED THROUGH USING THE SERVICES OR ANY CONTENT (OR PRODUCT) POSTED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE SERVICES, EVEN WHERE THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES HAS BEEN RAISED.

SECTION 17 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Qorzi, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers against all losses, damages, liabilities, and claims, reasonable attorneys' fees included, owed to any third party because of or in connection with (1) your breach of these Terms of Service or of any document incorporated into them by reference, (2) your breach of any law or of a third party's rights, or (3) your access to and use of the Services.
We will tell you about any claim subject to indemnification; however, if we do not notify you promptly, your obligations still stand unless the delay has materially prejudiced you. We may assume control of the defence and settlement of any such claim at your cost, including choosing counsel, but we will not agree a settlement that places non-monetary obligations on you without your consent, which you will not withhold unreasonably. You agree to cooperate with the defence of indemnified claims, for example by supplying relevant documents.

SECTION 18 - SEVERABILITY
Should any provision of these Terms of Service be found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it will still be enforced as far as applicable law allows, and the part that cannot be enforced will be treated as severed from these Terms of Service. The remaining provisions stay valid and enforceable regardless of that finding.

SECTION 19 - WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If we fail to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service, that failure does not amount to a waiver of it.
These Terms of Service, together with any policies or operating rules we publish on this site or relating to the Service, make up the complete agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service. They replace all earlier or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals between you and us, whether written or oral (including, without limitation, earlier versions of the Terms of Service).
No ambiguity in how these Terms of Service are interpreted will be held against the party that drafted them.

These Terms of Service, and any separate agreement under which we provide Services to you, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applied by the federal and state or territorial courts in the jurisdiction where Qorzi is headquartered. You and Qorzi both consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in those courts.

You can read the most recent version of the Terms of Service on this page whenever you wish.
We may, at our sole discretion, update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by publishing the updates and changes on our website. It is up to you to check the website from time to time for any changes. Where applicable law requires, we will tell you about material changes to these Terms, and they will take effect on the date given in that notice. If you keep using or accessing the Services after changes to these Terms of Service are posted, you are accepting those changes.
