I received a damaged or defective product. What should I do?

So that we can assess the case quickly, please provide clear photos of:

the shipping label (if available)
After reviewing them, our team will choose the most suitable solution, either a replacement or a full refund. Where it is confirmed that the problem occurred during shipping or before delivery, Qorzi will pay any shipping costs for the return or replacement.
